The above is what Playtech tell us about the slot. But what else do we know about it?
Well this is a relatively low variance jackpot slot, meaning the top end wins are not massive (a 100x stake free games win would be a very good return. But the slot does give wins quite often. This can make it a good slot to play incrementally on.
The big draw of the slot though is the progressive jackpot and the fact that you can get a share of the jackpot when another player drops it.
But how much can you actually make from your share of the jackpot? Well we did an experiment for you the other day so you can see for yourselves. The jackpot had reached a new record high and dropped at €486,000. On one account we played a fraction over the €50 qualifying stake (about €100). This is what we won:
As you can see, the lucky winner won 340,327 (70% of the 486,000 overall prize fund). Our share was 26.17 from playing virtually the bare minimum to qualify.
As you may have read on the game splash screen, the shared prize fund of this jackpot slot is 30% which is split into 15% shared evenly between all qualifying players and the other 15% shared based on the exact amount of qualifying bets. If you have bet for instance €100 then you will see very little of the second 15% simply because there are some really heavy hitters out there who make thousands and thousands in spins. We used to pay very close attention to this slot and once the jackpot had exceeded it’s tipping point, we played €50 on the slot at dozens of casinos. Whilst our winnings if the jackpot dropped would not break the bank individually, a €40-60 win from very low risk on dozens of accounts could yield a tidy sum in total.
Unfortunately these days the payoff has dropped so much that we don’t pay as close attention to this slot unless it is reaching record levels. But that is not to say things won’t change in the future. As we know slots and in particular progressive jackpot slots come and go in trends so it is the canny player who keeps tabs on these trends and takes advantage.

Everybody's Jackpot is an 8 line progressive slot found at all Playtech casinos. It is like no other progressive slot we have seen before in the fact that the jackpot is never paid out to just one player. Instead it is split between all qualifying players which means you can win every time the jackpot is won.
The game comes in four coin sizes ranging between 0.05 and 1.00 with an 8 coin maximum bet per spin. Unlike most progressives you do not have to play max bet in order to win the jackpot although we do recommend playing all lines so that you don't miss out on any wins. Bets with all lines range from 0.40 to 8.00 per spin.
Before we look at the pays on the reels we are going to take a look at how the jackpot works. Instead of lining up specific symbols to win the progressive can be triggered randomly at the end of any spin. If you are lucky enough to hit the progressive you instantly win 70% of the jackpot that has a base level of $75,000.
So were does the other 30% of the jackpot go? This is where the community jackpot feature comes into play. The next 15% of the jackpot is split equally between all qualifying players who have made at least 65.50 in bets on the game in the last 24 hours. The next 15% is then split proportionately between the qualifying players based on the amount of bets placed in the last 24 hours.
What this means is that you can win part of the progressive when you're not even playing! It's certainly a unique twist on progressive jackpot slots and is an idea that would only really ever work online. We like that fact that Playtech have gone outside the box so to speak and it's always great to see something a little different.
On to the game play. Everybody's Jackpot has 8 pay lines and a total of 19 different winning combinations on the reel. Any win on either of the diagonal pay lines (Lines 4 and 5) is tripled which is a nice touch.

There are only two symbols that have pays for less than three which are the Ladies and the scattered Everybody's Jackpot logos.
Speaking of the scatters, get three or more and you win 12 free spins with the chance of getting a wild on the middle reel. The scatters can also offer some nice pays with 12 coming in at 200X your total bet or 1,600 coins. The free spins can be re-triggered an unlimited amount of times which is always good to see.

The fact that you can win when you're not even playing is quite a positive although you do of course have to qualify every 24 hours to cash in on the win.
